On the afternoon of May 15, 2021, the ninth compilation seminar of the "New Structural Atlas of Metal Enclosures and Floor Systems for Steel Structure Buildings" was held on time at Huabang Construction Company.

The Atlas Compilation Committee invited Shaanxi Nonferrous New Energy Development Co., Ltd. and Shaanxi Helio New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. to join the compilation of the atlas to contribute the latest scientific and technological achievements to the power generation of steel structure building roofs and walls.
This time, BIPV assisted the steel structure atlas, which is an effective collision of two new elements of photovoltaic energy and steel structure, in line with the development of the times and the needs of the market. BIPV (Building Integrated Photovoltaic) is a technology that integrates solar power generation (photovoltaic) products into buildings. BIPV products have inherent advantages in integration with steel structure buildings, and component products have multiple properties such as fire resistance, pressure resistance, and waterproofing. Through BIPV, steel structure buildings can have their own power generation function. Coupled with its characteristics of "lightest structure, shortest construction period and best ductility", it is in line with the green, environmentally friendly and energy-saving development that the country is vigorously advocating. Its applicability and practicality have broad application prospects in steel structure buildings.
