"Steel Structure Building, Casting the Future" Qin Chuangyuan Wutong Tree and Lianhu District Science and Technology Investment Promotion Activities - Shaanxi Province Steel Structure New Quality Productivity Development Exchange Conference was successfully held

On April 18, the Shaanxi Province Steel Structure New Quality Productivity Development Exchange Conference was grandly held in Xi'an, hosted by the Lianhu District Science and Technology Bureau, Housing and Construction Bureau, Investment Bureau and Beiguan Street Office, and co-organized by the Provincial Metal Society Steel Structure Professional Committee, the Provincial Civil Engineering and Architecture Society Building Engineering Steel Structure Branch and the Xi'an Urban Construction Association Steel Structure Branch. The theme of this meeting is "Steel Structure Building, Casting the Future", and it was co-hosted by Yang Fei, deputy director of Beiguan Street Office, and Cao Qingxia, deputy director of the Provincial Metal Society Steel Structure Committee.

Relevant leaders of the Lianhu District Science and Technology Bureau, Housing and Construction Bureau, Investment Bureau, and Beiguan Street Office were invited to attend, and more than 100 well-known experts, scholars, entrepreneurs from the steel structure industry, and representatives from related units such as construction, design, construction, testing, and processing attended the meeting.

Yang Yang, deputy director of the Lianhu District Science and Technology Bureau, first delivered a speech. On behalf of the District Science and Technology Bureau, she expressed sincere greetings and heartfelt thanks to the participating universities, enterprises, experts and scholars. She emphasized that Lianhu District is an important gathering area for construction enterprises in the city, with strong enterprise innovation capabilities, active school-enterprise cooperation, and a large number of scientific and technological achievements. In order to implement the province's "three years" and the city's eight new breakthroughs, and help the construction of Xi'an's dual centers take shape, the District Science and Technology Bureau will continue to carry out science and technology support policies and related training activities, actively build a platform for industry-university-research cooperation, promote the transfer and transformation of superior scientific and technological achievements, serve the majority of enterprises, and create a good Lianhu business environment.

Xing Chu, chairman of the Steel Structure Professional Committee of the Provincial Metal Society, warmly welcomed the leaders, experts, and industry colleagues who attended the meeting, and expressed his sincere gratitude to the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, District Science and Technology Bureau, District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, District Investment Bureau, Beiguan Street Office for their strong support and the hard work of all conference staff. He pointed out that the new quality productivity of steel structure is a productivity based on scientific and technological innovation of steel structure, with three characteristics of high technology, high efficiency and high quality. At present, with the rapid development of digital and intelligent technologies, AI and intelligent manufacturing are constantly penetrating into various industries. As an important part of modern architecture, steel structure also needs to keep up with the pace of the times, strengthen technical exchanges and cooperation, improve the competitiveness and influence of steel structure buildings, and promote the steel structure industry towards a more intelligent, efficient and sustainable direction.

Then the unveiling ceremony of the Lianhu District workstation of Xi'an Technical Managers and the signing ceremony of school-enterprise cooperation were held.

Yang Qi, chief engineer and professor-level senior engineer of China Construction Northwest Institute, Zhi Jianmin, deputy chief architect and professor-level senior engineer of China Construction Northwest Institute, and Li Cunliang, chief expert and professor-level senior engineer of Shaanxi Construction Group, as expert representatives, shared their understanding of the new quality productivity of steel structure and their analysis of the future development trend of steel structure.
